Quarterbacks should spend at least an hour a day working on throwing accuracy and arm strengthening. Linebackers need to constantly work on their tackling, as well as shedding blockers.


Kickers should push themselves to kick field goals at fifty yards. Weight lifting helps build strength which is essential for powerful, long-distance kicks. Flexibility will also help with long kicks. Stretch your muscles and hip flexors often to improve flexibility.


You can become a better player by bulking up to really have an impact on the field. When bulking up, eat wisely. Add calories to your diet without eating unhealthy foods. Add flax seed oil to shakes and other cold foods. Add olive oil as a flavoring to hot foods.
